ㅁ 모집 분야 및 주요 업무
[DBR팀 (Database Research Team) 팀원 – 한국어 가능자]
- 부동산 정보수집 및 업데이트: 하노이 오피스 및 공단 방문을 통한 현장 데이터 확보
- 대면 미팅 및 자료확보: 임대인 임차인, 부동산 관계자와의 네트워킹
- 데이터베이스 구축: 매물 정보 수집 및 시스템에 입력
- 내부 커뮤니케이션: 호치민<->하노이 오피스 간 협력 및 소통
ㅁ 자격요건
- 학력, 전공, 경력, 나이 무관
(단, 외근 업무가 잦아, 남성 지원자만)
- 하노이시 근무 가능자 (필수)
- 외근 및 출장 업무 가능자 (필수)
- 한국어 자격증 보유 및 의사소통 가능자 (필수)
- 하노이-호치민 출장이 가능하신 분

ㅁ Position and Key Responsibilities
DBR Team (Database Research Team) Member – Korean Language Proficiency ｒｅｑｕｉｒｅd
- Collect and Update Real Estate Information: Conduct on-site visits to offices and industrial zones in Hanoi to collect data.
- Face-to-Face Meetings: Build networks with landlords, tenants, and real estate stakeholders.
- Database Development: Collect property information and input data into the system.
- Internal Communication: Collaborate and coordinate between the Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh offices.
ㅁ Qualifications
- Open to all academic backgrounds, majors, and experiences.
(Only male applicants due to frequent fieldwork ｒｅｑｕｉｒｅments.)
- Must be able to work in Hanoi.
- Must be available for outdoor and business trips.
- Proficient in Korean with a certified Korean language qualification.
- Must be willing to travel between Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

- Preference for those who enjoy outdoor fieldwork.
- Certified in Korean or English language.
- Proficient in PC and office software (OA).
- Active and positive personality.
- Detail-oriented and meticulous.
